These prices are effective as of December 20, 2007 and are subject to change without notice.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

This price list is offered to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Trade Regulation Rule; Funeral Industry Practices 16 CFR Part 453, and Vermont (1997) Funeral Rule 5.5.

Our fees are established in consultation with a professional accounting firm, exclusively serving funeral homes.

11.Services of Funeral Director & Staff: $1,795.00--Includes: Twenty-four hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details with those involved in the funeral service; securing, preparing, and filing necessary permits, certificates, authorizations, and consents; clerical and record keeping. This fee for our basic services and overhead is non declinable and will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.

22. Embalming: $550.00,

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

44.Additional services of funeral director and staff: A. facilities & staff for viewing or visitation: $425.00....B. facilities & staff for private viewing during normal daytime hours and or extra day of regular visitation: $225.00 per/hour....C. facilities & staff for a memorial service in the funeral home: $550.00....D. facilities & staff for a funeral in the funeral home: $550.00....E. staff for a memorial service in a church of other facility: $550.00....F. staff and equipment for a funeral in a church or at another facility: $550.00...G. staff and funeral home equipment used for a graveside service: $375.00..H. Sheltering of remains following first 72 hours $200.00 per day. I. Funeral director/ staff / or facility, time charge $225.00 per hour. J. Receiving and Storing cremated remains $195.00, K. It is the policy of the funeral not to bill estates. If there is no other means of payment and it becomes necessary to bill an estate there will be a $250.00 estate-filing fee added.

55.Transfer of remains (within 25 miles) to the funeral home: $395.00

111.Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home: $1,795.00, This charge includes: 24 hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details; securing, preparing, and filing necessary documents; clerical and record keeping; embalming; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains; use of the hearse; and Local transportation of the deceased to the airport. ( does not include any shipping charges ).

112. Receiving Remains from another Funeral Home: $1,795.00....This charge includes: 24 hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details; securing, preparing, and filing necessary documents; clerical and record keeping; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains; use of the hearse; Local transportation of the deceased from the airport; local transportation of the deceased to the final place of burial; and use of staff and equipment for graveside service.

113. Immediate Burials: $1,795.00 to $11,890.00....This charge includes: 24 hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details; securing, preparing, and filing necessary documents; clerical and record keeping; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains; use of the hearse; use of staff & equipment for graveside service.

Immediate Burial with any casket selected from our funeral home (service only) $1,795.00....Range of immediate burials with a casket from our Selection Room $2,490.00 to $11,790.00....B. Immediate Burial with a container or casket provided by the purchaser ( service only ) $1,795.00.

114.Direct Cremation: (Cremation Charge Extra) $1,795.00 to $7,785.00...This charge includes: 24 hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details; securing, preparing, and filing necessary documents; clerical and record keeping; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains; use of the hearse; local transportation to the crematory. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are cardboard.

A.. Direct Cremation with any casket selected from our funeral home (service only) $1,795.00... with a casket from our selection room $2,485.00 to $7,785.00....B. Direct Cremation with a container or casket provided by the purchaser $1,795.00....C. Direct Cremation with an alternative container $ 1,920.00....D. Limited Service Direct Cremation: $ 1,795.00 (for local service during regular business hours, M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm ) includes: limited accessibility; limited general and administrative services; to prepare and file necessary ( certificate/permit/medical examiners permit ) documents; cremation container (125.00) local transfer with transportation to the crematory, cremation charge & ground charges (for ashes by US Postal Service) to Rutland and no obituary.

15.Medical School Donation: $ 1,125.00 this charge includes: 24 hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising, and coordinating service details; securing, preparing, and filing necessary documents; clerical and record keeping; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains; use of the hearse; local transportation to the medical facility.

116."Our basic service charge includes a $6.00 fee that will be sent to the State of Vermont and set aside for the protection of funeral service customers;"

117.For those who qualify, Funds may be available for final disposition through the Vermont Department of Social Welfare, PATH General Assistance Program

118. "The funeral industry is governed by laws defining professional conduct. Consumers who have inquiries or wish to obtain
